Our Graduate Programme allows you to build on your academic achievements whilst preparing for a career in one of the world’s leading Life Science companies that has a passion to turning ideas into powerful solutions to the world’s most crucial concerns.

You will gain exposure to senior leaders, develop excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. The programme will give you the opportunity to gain real breadth and experience within a function. You will be expected to take on responsibility and contribute from day one and will be given all the training and support you need to succeed.
Graduates – Our Future Leaders – What does the programme look like?
- 18 month programme
- Rotational program within function and in some cases cross functionally
- Underpinned by a Learning & Development program to advance leadership and soft skill development.
- All graduates to be assigned a mentor from within the function
- The function is responsible for ensuring the rotational program is robust and takes care of functional learning/training
- All graduates must have mobility
- Expectation for a permanent role at the end of the programme – where roles are available – although no commitment or guarantee for this.
- Excellent starting salary and benefits package
- Tailored onboarding and induction experience where you will be given all the information you need to make your first weeks at Bayer a success
