Underpinning the Learning and Development program are a number of elements:
As part of your learning and development you will be given a real project to work on from our Senior Executive. It will be introduced on your onboarding week and you will work with the other new graduates on the project for your first 3 to 4 months. You will then present back to the Senior Leadership team on the outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop cross-functional working skills and to gain exposure to our senior leaders. The project will offer an opportunity to make a valuable early contribution to the business.
You will be assigned a senior mentor from your function to provide guidance and support.
You will have a tailored onboarding experience where you will be given all the information you need to make your first weeks at Bayer a success.
Functional/Soft skill development
As part of your rotational program you will be given training to support you specifically in your roles. You will also come together over the 18 months for core Leadership training, soft-skill development and career planning workshops.
